The spa policy of Glamorous Tendency and its partners is fundamental to ensuring a quality and safe experience for all clients.

Following the established rules not only contributes to a relaxing and pleasant environment, but also ensures that everyone enjoys exceptional service with respect and responsibility.

Adherence to these guidelines helps maintain a high standard of care, preserving tranquility, hygiene, and comfort, making the visit even more enjoyable for everyone.

Medical Condition

We kindly ask that you inform the therapist at the time of booking or when filling out the medical history form if you have any of the following conditions: pregnancy, recent surgeries, heart problems, or other.

Arrival

Please arrive at the spa 15 minutes before your appointment so that we can prepare for a relaxing moment. Arriving late will deprive you of precious spa time.

Treatment Scheduling

To schedule massage services, please make an advance reservation at the spa or hotel reception. Our team will be happy to help you choose the treatments that are most appealing and beneficial for you.

What to wear?

You can arrive already wearing your robe or use our treatment room to change. Before the treatment, we will explain how it will be performed and a towel and disposable underwear will be provided. All our therapists are trained to drape towels while maintaining your complete privacy. If you are wearing personal items such as watches, necklaces, bracelets, or rings, please remove them before the treatment.

Punctuality and Cancellation

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment will be reduced to the available time if there is an appointment at the next scheduled time. Please inform us of any cancellations 8 hours in advance of your appointment. In case of no-show, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment cost. External clients must pay 50% of the treatment cost at the time of booking.
