SPA Policy
Glamorous Tendency and its partners' spa policy is essential to ensure a quality and safe experience for all customers.

Compliance with these guidelines helps maintain a high standard of service, preserving tranquility, hygiene and comfort, making the visit even more enjoyable for everyone.

Medical Condition
Please inform the therapist at the time of booking or when filling out the medical history form of the following cases: pregnancy, recent surgeries, heart problems, others.
Arrival
Please arrive at the SPA 15 minutes before your appointment to prepare for a moment of relaxation. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes at your SPA.
Treatment Booking
To schedule massage services, make a reservation in advance at the SPA or hotel reception. Our team will be happy to help you choose the treatments that are most appealing and beneficial to you.
What to wear?
You can arrive wearing your robe or use our treatment room to change. Before the treatment, you will be explained how it will be carried out and you will be provided with a towel and disposable underwear. All of our therapists are trained to drape towels whilst maintaining your complete privacy. If you are carrying personal items such as watches, necklaces, bracelets, rings, we ask that you remove them before the treatment.
Punctuality and Cancellation
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment will be reduced to the time available if you have a booking for the next time slot. Please inform us of your cancellation 8 hours in advance of your appointment. In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the cost of the treatment. External clients must pay 50% of the cost of the treatment at the time of booking.
